SAGAS tour
National
Educational Program
The group launched its lecture tour,
which has called it "The National Educational Program" on April 7, 2003. The
first tour took place in Riyadh Medical Complex. A 2 hour program was carried
out, where lectures on different aspects of stroke were given by the group
members. The group would like to extend its gratitude to Dr Farraj Al-Shubaili,
the medical director of the general hospital in Riyadh Medical Complex and
Dr.Khalid Al-Raddadi, the head of medical supply in the complex, for their nice
reception and support for this event to take place.
The group conducted its second
lecture tour session in Makkah on the night of Sunday, April 20, 2003. The
session was organized in collaboration with the Family Medicine Society, Makkah
Office. Dr Sameer Sabban, Consultant Family Medicine and President of the
Society Office was the chairman of the session. The group is very thankful to Dr
Sabban for his excellent organization and hospitality.

King Fahd Hospital,-Hafouf
The group conducted its third
lecture tour session in King Fahd Hospital,-Hafouf on the morning of Monday, May
19, 2003. The session was attended by large number of physicians and care giver. The group is very thankful to Dr.
Ali Al-Ghamdi, Hospital Director, Dr. Amin Mohamed, Head of Continuing Education
& Post Graduate Study, and
Dr.
Olumade Adeuja, Consultant
Neurologist for their excellent organization and hospitality.
The group conducted its fourth lecture tour session
in King Fahd Hospital, Al-Baha on the morning of Thursday,
March
18, 2004. The session was attended by large number of physicians and care giver. The group is very thankful to Dr. Abdulrahman Malhorta, Head of Medicine Department and Dr. Saeed Alghamdi,
Consultant Neurologist and group member for their excellent organization and
hospitality.

lecture tour session in King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital, Taif on the morning
of Thursday, June 3, 2004.
